PC Technologies offers onsite computer repair and wireless networking services in the Baltimore, MD area.
PC Technologies was started in January of 2002. Seeing the need for onsite computer repairs, upgrades and troubleshooting, Mike Schafer started his business supporting Baltimore County, Maryland. Eliminating the need for customers to dismantle their desktop computer systems, drive to the repair shop and wait weeks, there was now someone who could do the work on-site in the comfort of your home or small business. During this time, noiseless, liquid cooled custom computer systems were becoming more popular in the gaming and music recording industry. Mike, being a PC gamer, realized the importance of high performance video and sound hardware and began custom building gaming computer systems. Due to an increasing demand for wireless networking, Mike decided to expand the business and offer installation and encryption of wireless networks. Early in 2007, PC Technologies began servicing notebook and desktop computer systems nationwide and providing over-the-phone technical support, as well as, on-site computer tutoring. Today, PC Technologies has expanded and now services Baltimore County, Harford County, and Baltimore, MD. Starting April 2007, they now offer website design and search engine optimization.
