Desc: I am looking for someone to take over my lease at villiage square apartments in marysville, ohio. Because I need to upgrade to a two bedroom apartment and the only way to do that is to have someone take over your lease. There is only ten months left on the lease, Its 469 a month plus gas and electric. The apartment itself is very nice. Just got brand new carpet and brand new dry wall and stairs put in right before i moved in two months ago. Its a one bedroom, one bath, upstairs apartment, with dishwasher, and room for dining room setup. Theres also a laundry facility on site.
