Wayfarer is seeking a proven leader in service and goal achievement to join its team as a Service Manager. This is not an entry level position and qualified candidates must have the following:
„X Passion for boats and significant interest in the yachting industry
„X Proven track record of success in the marine industry with at least 5-7 years of management experience
„X Project management skills ¡V ability to successfully plan and execute extensive refit projects of up to one year in length
„X Excellent communication skills, able to communicate constructively and openly with crew and customers
„X Exceptional listening skills
„X Honesty and integrity
„X Positive attitude, focused on assisting the company in developing constructive solutions when challenges are encountered
„X Ability to work as part of a team and lead a team of people to achieve company goals and objectives
„X Ability to estimate accurately
„X Proven ability to follow through on all assignments and customer requests
„X Proficiency in Word and Excel, comfortable with internet technology
„X Commitment to working safely
„X Availability to travel as required
„X Dedication to achieving success through hard work, quality, integrity and service to customers and crew.
Preferred qualifications
„X USCG Master Captain¡¦s License and TWIC card
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. start time and some weekends required
This position is an exempt position and salary will be determined based on experience.
