The bedroom is large with vaulted ceilings and a big closet with built in shelves. The room is un-furnished. The bathroom has double sinks and would be shared w/ 1 person. We also have a shared home office for some private space. Fully equipped laundry room and gourmet kitchen. Fenced in front yard - we are not looking for more pets. Looking for someone w/ no drama and no financial issues. Rent is $1050.00. Non –Refundable deposit of $200.00.We share bills which run an additional 150 to 170 a month and include a maid 2x a month. We all share in carpet cleaning 2x a year. We are pretty quiet on the weeknights and have our fun on the weekends. We are both active, love to cook, bbq, travel and have fun. We are looking for a female that shares a similar lifestyle. Parking is available in the garage 50% of the time. The other 50% is street or driveway parking. Limited garage storage area. 6 month lease is required. Negotiable rent reduction available through December 14, 2009.
