Desc: Muse is a Cabaret style showcase designed to entertain in a provocative and stimulating manner. Organized by the ladies of Lipstick, the sole mission of Muse is to connect art and the community. This mature atmosphere will unite artists of different genres for a night of networking and entertainment.
So often we are all forced to behave and think in a socially acceptable way; we are all different forms of ourselves when society is not looking. Muse will allow you to break free from those constraints. We want artists to have a place to bring their atypical creations.
Join us for a night of seduction and allow us to tempt you through enticing; song, dance, literature, and visual art. The limitations are endless and the attraction is inevitable.
What can your artistic mind conjure up?
Auditions will be held at Rendezvous on October 21st and October 22nd (Wednesday and Thursday).
We will be auditioning from 7pm-9pm.
We welcome all forms of artistic talent:
v Dance
v Music (Bands and solo artists are welcome)
v Spoken Word
v Short films
v Artistic painters
v Dramatic/comedic thespians
v Burlesque acts
Things to keep in mind:
v It is important that you do stick to the theme and atmosphere of the Cabaret.
v Please be aware of the 2 hour audition window. It is important that we stay within that time frame. If you can’t make it until 9pm on Wednesday, maybe Thursday will be more convenient for you.
v You will be given a maximum of 4 minutes for your auditions.
v The Cabaret will be in December
