Desc: Total Golf Adventures (TGA) runs at-school after school golf enrichment programs nationwide for elementary and middle school students (K - 8th grade). TGA of Hartford County (CT) is looking for Instructors (lead the class) and Coaches (assists the lead instructor) for classes currently being offered at schools all around Hartford County. Duties include instructing students grades K - 8th during the after school time period. All classes are held on school grounds, after school for 1-2 hours a day. Instructors would lead the class following TGA's curriculums, while coaches assist the lead instructor with instruction on the fundamentals of the golf swing, the rules and etiquette of the game. TGA employees also have the opportunity to work at weekend events, tournaments and classes. Must love children and have previous experience working with them. Previous golf/teaching experience is recommended, but TGA trains all employees on TGA's teaching methods and curriculums. A reliable source of transportation is required. All employees must pass background check. CPR/First Aid training is a plus. If you are responsible with an enthusiasm for kids and golf, this is a fantastic part-time opportunity.
