Example, to calculate the square footage of a room that is 15 feet wide and 12 long, you would multiply 15 x 12, which will give you 180SqFt.

$21 Medium Room Area: up to 12x12 -144SqFt
$25 Large Room Area: up to 16x18 -324SqFt
$34 Ex Large Room Area: up to 20x22 -440SqFt Area:
Stairs: $1.50 per step- (Includes step front)
Anything over the room sizes listed: $0.15 Sq Ft
