Desc: I have a 1999 Sundowner Valuelite 3 horse Weekender Living Quaters slant trailer for sale. It has been customized with a living quarters in the front. It does not include a bathroom. It has ac/heat, refrigerator, microwave, lots and lots of built in cabinets (solid wood, not laminate), large closet, couch seating area with leather like cushions and small counter space. The living quarters has a large picture window, custom blinds and pass thru door to horse area. The horse area is insulated, has vents above stalls, a stud divider in front stall, drop down windows with aluminum bars on front, bus windows on back side. There is a rear tack, back loading lights, etc. There is a new awning only used a couple of times. This horse trailer is in very nice shape.
