It does include a dish-washing machine, walk-in closet, and outside space for a small table and chairs, if you smoke or just like some fresh air. The apartment is Verizon Wireless ready. Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Parking permit is provided free. The laundry room is right across from the apartment as well. Since the apartment is so close to the UNT campus, we also have security drive around at night several times. Utilities are not included but they usually run around $50-60.
