Job Requirements
Our client is looking for the best leaders with a strong history of success. Qualifications are listed below.
2-3 years of current Restaurant Manager experience Good tenure at current employer (at least two years) 
 Strong operational knowledge 

Experience with scratch-made kitchens 

Proven track record in increasing profitable growth while continuously improving customer satisfaction 

* Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and associates 
* Exceptional people skills /A drive to be the best 

* A high school diploma/GED equivalent 

* Top notch communication and writing skills 

* A clean criminal background with no felonies
You must have a Passion for the Restaurant Industry and Food that is actually prepared from Scratch everyday all day long.
