Desc: My name is Mike and I am currently a home owner in Adams Basin between Spencerport and Brockport area. I am looking for one roommate with a rent of 400 including everything heat, water, all appliances, etc, the room for rent, and share the whole house. I currently live with one other roommate, a male he is very down to earth and easy to get along with, same goes for me I am easy to get along with and I am not very strict i have very few rules, if you live here you pretty much can do whatever. I will tell you my few rules if and when we meet, to tell you alittle about myself I am 21 years old, I work fulltime at wegmens warehouse and I also have a part-time job at kwik-fill gas station so I work alot not here to much, i am friendly and some say a funny guy, I have a good personality and love meeting new people. Now to tell you alittle about my roommate he is also 21 years old, really cool and has a fultime job as a Kitchen Manager at Ruby Tuesday so he isnt here as much either. Other than that we are down to earth people very easy to get along with. I am looking for someone that is nice and easy to get along with and someone i can trust in my home when i am not here and dont have to worry about anything, also is respectful and responsible. It doesnt mater if you are female or male just want you to be comfortable living with two other males and you must be dog friendly cause i have one dog who wouldnt hurt a fly, he is very friendly. I dont want any other pets though. My house is in a great location right in Adams Basin about 2 minutes away from the express so it is easy to get anywhere you need to go, it is also about 10 minutes from the village of Spencerport and about 15 minutes away from Brockport village and Brockport College for all you college kids out their. My home is right next to the Erie Canal so if you like to walk or run you can enjoy the view of the canal path and it surroundings, the post office is about 3 doors down from the home, in walking distance so easy to send out your mail. We also have parking here if you have a car we have are own driveway, my neighbors are also all very nice people. The house is currently getting some work done to it but it is all done by me and my father. Well guys thank you for your time and i really look forward to hearing from you.
