Desc: Overview: MRP / ERP (including SAP) and materials / supply chain experience is a plus Ability to work in a challenging, start-up environment without fully developed processes, training and work instructions is critical; demonstrated customer-service, communication and analytical skills desired; a positive can-do attitude, sense of urgency, and ability to work with a diverse team is necessary to succeed in this position. Availability to work 1st or 2nd shift Responsibilities: * Work closely with Operations, Production (MRP) Planning, Purchasing and other support organizations to ensure successful completion of production activities, analyze and expedite resolution of any issues that may cause production delays or disruptions, and monitor part and material availability for work cells * Analyze, verify and communicate part and material shortages; coordinate with Purchasing to obtain and communicate timely, accurate status and ECD’s to customers and stakeholders; ensure cell visibility boards * Manage cell production status visibility boards for part and material constraints * Collaborate cross-functionally to audit, update and ensure ongoing integrity of MRP data and information * Participate as needed in process improvement efforts aimed at the development, implementation and maintenance of a Lean Production System (kitting, kanban / pull systems, point-of-use delivery, etc.) Qualifications: BA/BS Degree or equivalent and two (2) years experience
