My associates and I are currently focusing our efforts in finding wholesale properties in the San Diego area. We are looking for real estate investors interested in purchasing these wholesale properties once we lock them down. These properties will be anywhere between 25% - 50% below the current FMV. These types of transactions will require closing within 30-45 days from being presented to you, cash buyers and pre-approved financed buyers are welcome to contact us. We are solely focusing on 3 bed / 2 bath (SFR) homes that may or may not require rehab but will have equity upon purchase.
