Desc: Project Welcome Home Troops (see pwht.org) is an empowering workshop for returning veterans. It provides powerful and empirically validated performance enhancing tools that help alleviate stress and increase well-being. Participants learn pragmatic, effective, and powerful techniques to feel good and energized as well as focused and stress-free. Veterans who have participated in this program at VA's, the National Veteran's Foundation, and elsewhere have benefited tremendously. They report better sleep, more well-being, better relationship qualities, and feel as if a lot of trauma/burdens have been lifted. There will be a PWHT workshop offered for the first time in Wisconsin 11/4 to 11/10 (after work hours or before workhours on the weekdays). The workshop is offered at no cost. However, registration is required as space is limited.
