Basic Service includes:
Local diligent and assertive Service of Process.
Documents can be emailed, or picked up (in most cases.)
3 attempts on 3 separate days within a (7 day) period.
2 week maximum for any additional attempt (additional fee.)
All completed serves include a Declaration/Return of Service.
Fees include all mileage for up to 3 attempts.
Advance payment required on all new clients.
Foreclosure & Eviction Postings: $35 same day service if received before 12 noon. Posting Service includes photo and declaration of posting.
Stakeout Service: (hard to serve individuals) $80 first hour $50 per additional hour
Rates: King County, City of Seattle-$55 North King County-$55 South King County-$55 Eastside-$55.
$55 deposit/fee toward service is required for first time clients.
No Mileage Fees! No Hidden Fees!
Rush Service: ( Same Day Rush Service available if documents received before 12 noon -additional $30)
