We are hiring Program Managers for a 4-week promotional event that will take place at the Tyrone Square Mall in Tampa and would like to know your interest and availability. Active dates of program are November 23, 2009 through December 20, 2009. Training sessions will take place November 2 thru November 18.

Roles & Responsibilities
Each Mall Manager will be hired to act as the on-site lead during a 4-week promotional period and be fully accountable for mall operations and staff management
Each Mall Manager will be the onsite, direct contact with the mall. On site pre event visits may be required
Each Mall Manager will be responsible for training 15-17 mall staff
· Each Mall Manager will be responsible for submitting weekly time sheets from
all staff, submitting expense reports and reporting to Regional Manager daily
Mall Managers are expected to work onsite no less than 30hrs a week with an additional 10 hrs dedicated to event reporting and scheduling. Sample shifts are detailed below. Please note, dates and times are subject to change
Must field calls on days off and during all mall hours of operation

Nov23-Dec20 off 2pm - 6pm 10am - 4pm 10am - 4pm 10am - 4pm
· Participate in a 3 day Training (late October / early November, 2009)
· Facilitate with the Regional Manager an in-depth, 6-8 hour training session for Assistant Managers and Brand Ambassador’s in designated market on product background and speaking points for the Holiday Program
· Manage, train and mentor staff of Assistant Managers and Brand Ambassadors
· Provide detailed weekly staffing schedule
· Ensure Assistant Managers act as Managers when Manager is off site, open and/or
close and secure footprint, and submit daily event reports and photos
· Submit weekly time sheets from all staff
· Submit expense reports
· Report to Regional Manager daily
· Hold weekly team meetings to discuss pros/cons of event and discuss key learnings
· Visit the mall 6 times a week to ensure all assets are in good condition, take
event photos, and assist the team with anything that comes up
· Gather event report after each shift from Assistant Mall Manager and Brand
Ambassadors
· Submit weekly event reports to Regional Manager
· Submit staff performance reports to MKTG
· Oversee and manage all activity on-site during designated shift
· Act as point person for all shipments and deliveries
· Act as point person for local retail partners
Salary
· $1,100 a week plus $50 one time cell phone reimbursement for four week activation dates only

· National Training (Travel to Wisconsin required and covered by ‘mktg’)
