- Electricity is split with roommates and normally cost me $25- $35 a month depending.
Parking: All tenants are given a window sticker for parking. There are not assigned spots; however, parking is never a problem.
There is a shuttle that runs from Quarry Trail to campus (it runs every 30 minutes or so starting at 7:00 am- 7pm on the week days but does not run on weekends). Your sublet comes with a FREE bus pass for the year!!! It takes approximately 7 minutes on the bus to get to downtown Knoxville. However, if you have a car it takes about 4 minutes. Busses run there from campus/ downtown.
