Desc: My Name is Marisa Ramirez and work with Chesmar Homes in Highlands Ranch in Baytown TX. Chesmar Homes is a Platinum Green Energy Star Certified, Environments for living builder. Chesmar Homes also won the 2008 Builder of the Year through the Greater Houston Builders Association, and has also participated in giving families a benefit home, as well as Donated to the Children's Cancer Tour. In addition every home we close from October through December we are contributing $100 to The Texas Children’s Hospital for sick kids.
I am working on a benefit event located in my new home community. This is also attributed for children as a back to school Festival, also let people know we are out here. I am located on North on Garth Rd just past Wallisville Rd. So far some of the organizations who are participating in this event are as follows: The Blood Center, Exxon, YMCA Fitness Connection, and Garth Rd Baptist Church, Chick-Fil-A, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Verizon Southwest, Bounce USA, Lone Star Kids Gym, Divine Massage, and much more to come.

I feel this would be a great way to co-promote and would be a great way to network, and market each other’s businesses, as well as let people know we are out here. We are 2 miles North of Garth Rd right past Wallisville Rd. Many people do not know there is anything past Wallisville Rd.
The Baytown Police are coming out to do finger prints for children, and working on having the fire department out here with their fire truck for the children to see. The date we working on is Saturday, September 12, 2009. From the hours of 1:30-6. We actually are having an additional promotion of 1% discount to government, medical, educational, Exxon, Chevron, & Verizon employees as well.
This is a great way to give hope to the public that we are almost headed out of this recession. In addition the Houston Housing market is still doing very well.
