Whatever your painting needs, I can offer you the solution. Whether you needs are wall paper removal, sheet rock repairs, pop corn removal, and walls or trim painted, I can do it.
My service is guarantee. Having worked with colonial and contemporary buildings, I can assure you, your work will be of the highest quality.

One of my hallmarks is my commitment to sustaining frequent personal communication with clients. Materials:
I use what I consider the finest paints, stains, and varnishes from Sherwin Williams. They carry a wide range of paint brands and every texture available on the market. But I don’t want to limit you; if there is a particular brand you want to use for what ever reason, I will be happy to obtain it and apply it.

My labor rate with in Palmdale and Lancaster is about:
A room 14x10 labor cost for painting walls $80, for ceiling $50, for wall paper removal $180, pop corn removal $ 300 (includes repairing of ceiling).
Rates any where in LA:
Estimates are $30 dollars for gas.
Rates for painting exterior vary based on the size, surface, and detail of the area (s) being painted. All my painting services include sanding, priming, caulking cracks, repairing nail holes, removing debris, and cleaning surfaces as necessary. My painting, staining, and varnishing services include two coats; additional coats are subject to an additional fee.
Rates don’t include materials, only labor.
I don’t charge anything until job is completed.
All work is done as scheduled on initial written estimate sent to you via e-mail.
