Desc: Hello! I am almost 28 years old, married and SAHM to our 3 daughters, ages 8, 4 1/2 and 10 months. We live in York Township. I have over 14 years of experience working with young children and went to York Vo-Tech for their child care program. I have worked in a few child care centers and have been caring for children in our home for about the past 4 years. I love it! I currently have 1-2 openings for care either FT or PT. I only care for 2 siblings on Thursdays currently. My rates for FT is $120 per child and PT is $25 per day, per child. I will give a discount to families with multiple children. I also do before/after school care for $65 per week. Rates include breakfast, lunch and snacks for the hours they are in my care. I ask that you do provide diapers, wipes, formula/breast milk, baby food for those children who will require those items.
I am an organizer of a local playgroup so we do have weekly playdates to child friendly places such as parks, library, bowling, tumbletown, chick-fil-a and mall walks in the winter and yucky weather. I will let you know where are are going in advance. I have a spotless driving record and (knock on wood!!) I have never been in an accident. I have in the past been CPR and First AId certified but both have since expired and I have not yet re-taken them. I did take the infant/child CPR class thru the York Hospital NICU before my daughter could leave, 9 months ago but that wasn't a certified course. I do have clean child clearances, don't have a copy in hand but you could get that if you desire. I also have plenty of references!! We are a smoke and pet free family.
I do have a contract that details care provided, what is included in care, rates, hours, and other important information which will be signed by you as well as myself just to protect both parties involved, as well as an about my child form and an emergency contact form. All care is to be paid in advance, on Monday morning of the week care is to be proviede. I used to accept payment after the week (or 2) was provided but unfortunatly, I found that I was providing FREE child care! And alot of it! :( So protect myself, I am requiring weekly payments and as I said before, payment before care is recieved. I hope you understand!
