Desc: 2 Middle Aged roommates want to rent a 2 Bedroom House with yard, etc. @ the beginning of September, 2009. Our Rental Lease is up in August. We are good Tenants. Have Good References. A stable/fixed income. Get along well with others. Like yard work, gardening, etc. We pay our Rent on time and take care of the property of others. We would be an asset for a Landlord. We are on Section 8 Housing and can offer a 1 year lease. House can not be in foreclosure. More Later.. Please respond to email with contact information. Would like to find a place in Tracy (country setting), Contra Costa County,(by the delta), Alameda County(if situation were right) These settings ideal but not mandatory.
