Our firm's bookkeepers are former “Big 4” super stars and have experience and proficiencies to perform services in a variety of industries including national franchises (Curves, Subway, UPS Stores, Togo's, Baskin Robbins) as well as sole-proprietorships, medical, manufacturing, law, real estate, and retail industries. We have over 25 years combined experience, with controllership responsiblities with Deloitte and Touche, Yoplait, and Cooking.com, to name a few.

We have two different types of services that may suit your needs:
FULL CHARGE – This service essentially runs your business or organization on a day to day basis (although we will update weekly) as your financial department. You would send SBSuite all of your invoices that you receive from your vendors and SB Suite will enter these invoices into your QB’s Online (quickbooksonline.com) and even cut your checks for you as needed. We will also do the normal monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations of statements at month end. This service is great because we act as your Complete Bookkeeping Department day to day. This service is administered on QB’s online (SB Suite will implement for you if you have a QB’s desktop version already) and our prices start at $399.00 PER MONTH. Imagine having your own financial and payroll department without all the overhead of hiring an employee.
AFTER THE FACT – This is a simpler bookkeeping service whereby you send SBSuite sales reports to us after you have done all the billing paying and depositing. We then take your statements and data enter and code all the transactions so that we can compile financial reports for you to review and keep for your records. This is a great service and starts at $169 FLAT-RATE per month if all you need is to see how your business or entity performed.
