-They can learn to increase their vocabulary, study skills, understand words through contextual clues, etc.
I have had twenty-two years experience teaching Pre-K through 6th graders, including:
-Curriculum Development
-Teaching English as a second language
-Bilingual training
-Gifted and special education
-Teacher training
-Working in Montessori and Kumon programs
Did you know?
-Most tutorial programs have a 3:1 ratio or greater
-Many tutorial programs use students as teachers
-Some tutorial programs rely on drill sheets and individual skills taken out of context
-The majority of tutorial programs do not understand sequential stages for remediation and advancement to the next level of learning
