Desc: We offer a more inexpensive solution to your home or small office computer needs, without the worry of whether or not 'the guy' at your computer knows what he's doing! Our people are well trained IT professionals with a minimum 1 year of computer training either through school or previous employment, have sufficient knowledge to pass the CompTIA A+ certification, and should be obtaining it soon. If we can't fix it, you certainly won't pay! We'll do our best to find you a more specialized candidate who can.

$30 service fee for most computer repairs*

*service fee is for one or more computer repairs/installations/configurations (R/I/Cs) within one hour, with a 20 minute grace period exceeding one hour. Any amount of R/I/Cs thought to exceed 1 hour and 20 minutes will be notified to the owner of the computer before the R/I/Cs begin, and $20 will be added for each hour and 20 minutes exceeding the first. Any R/I/Cs thought to stay within the first hour and 20 minute period, but exceeded the time frame, will be charged no more than $10 on top of the $30.
