Desc: Hi, my name is Wendy Buchholz I am a Catcher/ Shortstop and I have played softball for 13 years now at all levels including D1 college level. I have played on ASA travel teams since I was 8. I have played year around and have competed in the Nationals. I was the starting catcher at Center High School in Northern California for 4 years and received CVC All Conference Catcher 3 years. I have been the starting catcher at Alabama A&M for the last 3 years and have received ALL SWAC Conference Catcher 07-08 yr. I have taught catching and batting lessons for girls aging 5+ for about 8 years now. My college softball career recently came to an end when I had surgery on my shoulder. Although I can not currently play, I would love to continue to guide young athletes to follow their dreams and get the opportunity to play at top levels like I did.
