Desc: Hello my names is JR. I'm here willing to train kids and adults how to box. I will show you guys and girls the fundamentals of boxing. I will teach you guys n girls how to have a good boxing stance and body movement. I like training people differently than other coaches do because other coaches want more money in order for you to learn more things. The best thing I like training people is footwork and defense drills before knowing how to throw any punches. Everyone can throw punches at you but if you have good footwork and defense skill you will be a harder target to hit. Boxing is 100%percent mental and physical. You can do boxing for self defense, fitness and competition. I like doing competitions because it really helps improve your training.
