I am a 25 year old passionate,caring,loving and experienced nanny currently looking to care for 1-4 children full/part-time or even just occasionally. I have been a nanny for the last five years,been babysitting for 9 and I am ready to start a small home daycare with the help of my mother. In addition to babysitting and being a nanny, I have worked side-by-side with my sister in her home daycare(in Az.) with anywhere from 2-10 children, ages ranging from 1 month to early teen-hood. I am also currently in school to obtain a Certification in Early Childhood Education to open a daycare/preschool facility in the future and so far have completed 12 ECE units.
A little about me: I became an auntie at the age of 7 and now have 8 nieces/nephews plus 13 of my fiances, needless to say I have been raised raising children! :) I also just became a mother to a beautiful little girl, who is just over a month old. I enjoy caring for children,watching them learn as well as watching them experience new things in life. Children deserve a caregiver that actually cares about them as well as the child's family, not just his/her paycheck.
Currently my mother and I are in the process of getting a license through City of San Jose, to care for children in our home. My mother will be assisting me 95% of the time and she has raised 4 of her own children, plus 3 of the grandchildren. We have already been fingerprinted with the city through Lifeline and in the process of gettig a lic. they will scan both my mother and I again, along with a background checks. We have a beautiful triple-wide modular home in South San Jose with plenty of books,toys, movies and learning activities.
*We are open to negotiation when it comes to transportation and will provide healthy meals*
