Desc: Many people today seem to grasp at the idea of losing weight, yet they leave out one of the most important elements – nutrition. What better way to lose weight than to join others in a 12 week class taught by a trained health and wellness coach? This gives a person the proper education on 12 separate topics. These lessons include protein, heart health, good and bad carbs, fiber intake, metabolism, dining out, exercise, and many others. Classes also include individual support from their coach, group support from the class, and accountability from weekly weigh-ins, not to mention the wonderful friendships that are sure to be made as well.
Nutrition education classes are now available in several locations in the Albuquerque area starting the week of January 12th.
