Desc: United Studios of Self Defense (USSD) in Carlsbad is helping the community ring in the New Year with complimentary lessons on January 24th from 1:00pm to 4:00pm as part of the âNew Year, New Youâ program. These customized lessons will focus on personal development and goal setting strategies with martial arts training as a vehicle for success. Community members will learn basic self defense principles such as footwork, striking, and escaping from grabs. In addition, USSDâs professionally trained instructors will assist in developing strategies for attaining health, fitness, academic, and other goals using the proven methods that thousands of Americans have experienced in training with USSD.
Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Reservations can be made by phone at 760-729-1138 or by email at info@ussdcarlsbad.com. Enrollment specials will be available for those who wish to continue their training, though no obligation is required to attend these free lessons. Classes will take place at the USSD in Carlsbad located at 2624-C El Camino Real. The Carlsbad studio is located off the 78 freeway on El Camino Real in the Smart & Final shopping center, next to SuperCuts.
