Desc: The Learning Box Preschool is currently accepting 2 new children between the ages of 2 1/2 and 4 years old, for our awesome preschool program. We are located in gated Copper Canyon Ranch and our preschool is housed in a 4200 sq ft home so there is ample room for all activities. We do not have a pool and are non smokers. For our outside times we visit the park around the block every morning just for the extra experience with our environment and natural surroundings. The Learning Box preschool is open from 8:00am-5:30pm and tuition rates vary based on the needs of your family but can start at just $40.00 per week!!WOW!!
We currently have two teachers, one lead and one assistant. Miss Kathy, my retired mother in law has over 15 years as a cook and will be preparing all the meals and snacks for The Learning Box Preschool as well as providing an extra set of hands through out the day as she very much enjoys watching the children grow and learn. I carry current certifications in CPR/First aid, a fingerprint clearance card, a health inspection (USDA food program requirement), a food handler's card( managerial level), CPI, and as a previous supervisor for behavior coaches at Touchstone behavioral health I am highly trained in child development and behavior modification. I also have experience as a Psychological Operations Specialist for the US Army and over 8 years of preschool experience including, Kindercare, Radiant Church, La Petite Academy and Touchstone Behavioral Health. I do have a 3 ½ year old daughter that will be attending class with the other students.
We practice a professionally developed and educational curriculum that meets the guidelines for the National Association of Education for Young Children and National Head Start program and also includes French. Studentds will also be given a required supply list and those supplies will be used for your child's learning experience.The Learning Box Preschool also participates in the USDA food program and will meet or exceed all federal standards for providing nutritious snacks and meals including all fresh and organic produce.
