Whitaker Power Washing uses top grade chemicals that not only cleans but protects your home or business. We offer a non-pressure roof cleaning that will remove the mold and fungus growth from your shingle roofs.
Why does my roof need cleaned?
Shingle roofs over time develop black stains over the entire life of the shingle. This is caused by algae. The algae is actually a living organism that is feeding off of the asphalt in the shingle. Left unattended, this creates shortened shingle life, increases electric bills because of the insulating factor of the algae and is just not attractive from the street. Our process involves a high volume and very low pressure to apply professional quality chemicals and thorough rinse. No Pressure Washing Equipment is used in the process!!
 
Is cleaning my roof safe?
We use only Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association and Roofing Manufacturer (GAF, Largest Shingle Manufacturer) approved chemical solutions and cleaners on your roof.
Vinyl Siding and other Cleaning needs:
Vinyl siding requires much less maintenance than wood siding, and although vinyl siding is easy to care for, vinyl siding still requires annual cleaning if you want your vinyl siding to look as good as possible. Vinyl siding naturally becomes dirty from wind, rain, birds, and sometimes mold. Cleaning your vinyl siding annually will keep it looking bright and as clean as the day it was new. Take the time to clean the vinyl siding on your home and your vinyl siding will appear like new for many years to come.
High Volume-Low Pressure:
Our process involve the low-pressure application of high quality synergistic detergents and mold inhibitors. Did I mention water softeners for a cleaner rinse of your windows? We follow this with a thorough high volume/low pressure rinse.
Our High Volume-Low Pressure method is safer and more effective than other contractors that are still using high pressure to blast dirt away. We use this process when cleaning residential homes to commercial hotels.
 
Other Cleaning Needs :
We offer hot water pressure washing to clean concrete, brick, and any other surface that requires the attention of a professional grade power washer.
